He is responsible for mapping out and driving the strategic direction of the agency as well as attracting and retaining the very highest calibre of experienced, creative intellects.

Catherine is responsible for leading client campaigns across technically-focused markets. She also heads up BDB Asia’s operations and key accounts.
With her clinical research background, Catherine brings analytical planning skills and deep sector knowledge to transform technical briefs into marketable content and effective creative communications.

With a focus on food ingredients, geospatial and coatings Jenny plans and delivers award-winning global marketing communications campaigns for some of the biggest names in the industry.
A Cambridge graduate, her background is in technical copywriting. She runs BDB’s training programme and supports local charities with PR on a voluntary basis.

A French native speaker, she’s very keen on using her language skills to help French-speaking clients deliver their marketing communication projects.

Carmen manages client accounts to ensure activities are developed in time and according to our quality standards. Her special interest in marketing evaluation has helped her develop new reporting templates to adapt them to our client needs.
With a background in translation and international communications, she provides agency-wide support for Spanish-speaking media relations.

Graduating with a first-class BA degree in Digital Media Communications with experience in live sponsored international campaigns, Conor’s skillset is furthered with education in marketing and advertising.

Natively from Bulgaria, Dimo has lived in Denmark where he obtained a BA in International Sales and Marketing Management at VIA University College. Before joining BDB, he has worked in the software and public sector industries.
Dimo brings experience that spans email campaigns, social advertising, search engine optimisation, video production and web development.
