    Carmen manages client accounts to ensure activities are developed in time and according to our quality standards. Her special interest in marketing evaluation has helped her develop new reporting templates to adapt them to our client needs.

    With a background in translation and international communications, she provides agency-wide support for Spanish-speaking media relations.

    With 18 years’ production experience, Céline is responsible for producing a full range of creative marketing communications materials including branding, advertising, literature, direct communications, emarketing and exhibition stands.

    With over 18 years’ experience at BDB, Daniel started out in the admin department gaining a sound knowledge of the business’s processes.

    He progressed through the company to IT Manager, a role he has held for several years and now uses his knowledge to provide the most suitable IT systems for BDB while providing the team with IT support.

    Deputy CEO

    Catherine is responsible for leading client campaigns across technically-focused markets. She also heads up BDB Asia’s operations and key accounts.

    With her clinical research background, Catherine brings analytical planning skills and deep sector knowledge to transform technical briefs into marketable content and effective creative communications.

    A Cambridge graduate, her background is in technical copywriting. She runs BDB’s training programme and supports local charities with PR on a voluntary basis.

    Jenny is as an Account Executive with B2B marketing, PR and digital experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.

    Having completed a Neuroscience degree, Jenny specialises in scientific content creation and supports the team across a range of BDB’s science-focused clients.

    Jess has recently completed her level 3 qualification in social media marketing and moved from being BDB’s social media apprentice to a full-time digital executive, providing support on a range of in-house and clients’ social media projects. Jess has a good understanding of and enthusiasm for the ever changing world of digital communications and social media.

    With 20 years’ experience working with global B2B brands, Jon guides our clients strategic and creative direction to ensure business goals are both met and exceeded.

    In his spare time he sits on several global awards juries and acts as a visiting lecturer in advertising at the University of Salford.

    Trainee Accountant

    With previous experience as a financial analyst, Kieran is responsible for supporting the finance team as well as preparing commercial reports.

    He is currently studying towards a qualification with the Association of Accounting Technicians.

    As a Digital Apprentice, Lydia has shown her eagerness to get involved and take on new challenges. Within a short space of time, she has been actively involved with client projects, including web design, email building and coding.

    Coming from a hard-working background, Lydia has achieved A-Level qualifications, participated in voluntary work placements in the marketing industry, and is now looking to grow as an apprentice.

    An award-winning finance professional and Fellow Chartered Accountant, Matt specialises in delivering growth aspirations. He is responsible for mapping out and driving the strategic direction of the agency as well as attracting and retaining the very highest calibre of experienced, creative intellects.

    Megan comes to BDB with three years’ experience across a range of marketing and PR disciplines, specialising in B2B communications.

    She is involved in the day-to-day account handling of international clients within the food ingredients and nutrition industries, and has a solid background in technical copywriting, media relations and client liaison.

    After just completing a BA in Global Brand Management majoring in PR and Marketing, Milena is currently undertaking an internship with BDB, where she eager to take on new opportunities and gain a breadth of experience within the marketing industry.

    A native German speaker, she will also support the team with German-speaking media and client relations across a range of different sectors.

    With more than 6 years working in various sectors, Natalie is a problem solver with excellent people skills, meaning the BDB office runs smoothly on a daily basis.

    Nic has 10 years’ experience in strategic b2b marketing communications and PR, and a professional diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

    Starting out as a biological scientist, with an MPhil in Molecular Biology and roles in research laboratories at the University of Manchester and AstraZeneca, Nic thrives on seeing behind the scenes of industries, particularly those pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and making everyday items, processes or lives better.
